You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

BouncyLash TL-01 Light Pink Fiber Tweezers are a multifunctional tool for professional eyelash extension work. Use them for natural lash isolation or extension pickup according to your technique and preferred working grip.
The fiber tips can be used to pick up classic lash extensions, easy-fanning lashes and premade fans. They can also be incorporated into a 2D fan-making technique once you have identified the gripping point of your pair.
Check the tip alignment and test the grip with your chosen lashes before each service. Adjust your pickup position and pressure to suit the lash type and technique.
Use the TL-01 for the tasks that suit your working style, including isolation, classic lash pickup or fan pickup. Test each technique during practice before incorporating it into a client service.
Handle the tips carefully. Avoid dropping the tweezers or applying excessive pressure that could affect their alignment.
Clean and disinfect according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions and your salon hygiene procedures. Allow the tweezers to dry before storage, and protect the tips when not in use.
