RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Important Guidelines

You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 business days after receiving your order.

  • 60-day return window – If the return is due to buyer's preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Defective or damaged items – If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • Expedited shipping fees – If you choose express shipping or a more expensive delivery method, the additional shipping cost will not be refunded.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition as received, and include all original packaging.

  • Opened items are also acceptable as long as they remain in a resalable condition.

Packaging and Shipping of Returns

Please pack all items carefully to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for return products that are lost or damaged in transit.

If a returned product is damaged during shipping, a fee of 30% to 70% will be charged based on the extent of the damage.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, we will arrange an immediate replacement for you.

Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, please reach out to us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer's fault (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake) – Buyer pays return shipping. The cost depends on the courier service you choose.

  • Our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received) – Buyer does not pay return shipping. We will cover the cost.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Orders can typically be cancelled within 2 days after placement.

  • We will notify you by email once the cancellation is confirmed.

  • If you cancel before the estimated shipping time or within the allowed cancellation period, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Before processing your refund, we will send you the relevant documents or deduction details.

  • If you need to review this later, please contact us for assistance.

  • Once your refund request is received, we will process it within 1 business day.

  • After processing, your payment bank or PayPal will handle the transaction. Depending on your bank's processing time, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

  • You will receive a notification that your order is on the way.

  • You will be eligible for a refund only after you return the package to us.

  • Once the returned package arrives, we will process your refund immediately.
