You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

BouncyLash Kitten YY Lashes feature an angled, five-fiber fan design for directional lash styling. Each 12-row tray contains mixed lengths from 8 to 15 mm for creating customized lash maps.
Each fan combines five 0.07 mm lash fibers in a slanted shape, creating an asymmetrical outline for textured styling. The elongated base provides a defined area for pickup and placement during professional lash extension application.
Use the angled fan shape as part of your kitten-eye, cat-eye or other directional lash designs. Plan the curl, length and placement to suit the client’s natural lashes and your intended look.
One 12-row lash tray in your selected curl, with six rows designated for each eye. Each tray contains mixed lengths from 8 to 15 mm. Different curl options are sold separately.
For professional lash extension application. Check the fan direction before placement and select lengths appropriate for the client’s natural lashes.
Plan transitions across the lash line rather than automatically placing the longest extensions at the outermost corner. Follow the directions supplied with your lash adhesive.
